Who we are

PRD Executor (prdexecutor.com) is an AI-assisted software planning tool operated by its founder as a sole proprietorship in Canada. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address and display name, used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
• Project content — the descriptions, settings, and generated plans you create. This is your data; we store it to provide the service.
• AI provider keys — if you add your own API key, it is stored encrypted, used only to run generations you request, and never displayed back in full (only a masked preview). We never share or resell keys.
• Payment records — payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store only the Stripe customer reference and what you purchased.
• Basic usage analytics — our own first-party page counter records page paths and referrers. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not train AI models on your project content.
• We do not send marketing email you didn't ask for.

Who processes data for us

We rely on a small set of established providers: Google Firebase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and — only when you run a generation — the AI provider your own key belongs to (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or OpenRouter). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

You can delete your API keys at any time in Settings. To delete your account and its data, email us (see Contact) and we will remove it within 30 days. You can request a copy of your data the same way.
