The service

PRD Executor turns a plain-English product idea into a structured, executable build plan — an architecture graph, page and API definitions, database schemas, and numbered build steps your AI coding agent can follow. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your AI key, your costs

Plan generation runs on an AI API key that you provide. You pay your AI provider directly at their rates; we never mark up tokens. Cost figures shown before generation are estimates, not quotes — actual provider charges depend on your chosen model and the complexity of the plan.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans are the one-time First Blueprint unlock (per project) and the Pro subscription (monthly). Payments are processed by Stripe. If a blueprint doesn't earn its price within 14 days of purchase, email us and we will refund it. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from Settings → Billing and remain active until the end of the paid period.

Your content

Project descriptions and generated plans belong to you. We claim no ownership over anything you create with the service, and purchased blueprints never expire.

Honest limits

Generated plans are AI output: review them before building. Trust signals (confidence scores, risk levels, regulatory notes) are decision aids, not professional advice — regulated products need qualified human review. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to bypass plan limits or paywalls, no reselling of access, no using the service to plan products designed to harm people or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
